Andale-Micromatic is Australia's largest manufacturer, supplier, and installer of beer dispensing equipment. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Beer Reticulation Installer to join our Queensland team based in Woolloongabba.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on technical career. No previous industry experience is required – full training will be provided.

Working alongside experienced technicians, you will learn to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service beer reticulation systems across a variety of venues. This role offers a diverse work environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for career development.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current or able to obtain a Construction White Card

• A current driver's licence

• Experience using a range of hand tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

• The ability to work independently and use initiative

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and work across various locations

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Install and maintain beer reticulation and dispensing systems

• Diagnose and resolve equipment faults and performance issues

• Ensure systems operate at optimal performance levels

• Meet customer deadlines and service expectations

• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster

• Maintain safe, clean, and organised work areas

• Deliver professional and high-quality customer service
