Machine Operator

Reporting to the Shift Manager, these roles will be full time or fixed term working either day or afternoon shift with our busy production team in Warwick Farm.

What You Will Do:

• Operating production machines and associated equipment for the manufacture of cardboard packaging
• Assist with job changes and associated tasks
• Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
• Housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc tasks required as part of a site production team
• Contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and the team

What You Will Bring to the Team: 

To be successful in this role you will have to be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.

• You will be fit and healthy.
• Have strong interpersonal skills (clear communication, self-confidence, teamwork and collaboration),
• The ability to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail particularly in quality control. 
• You’ll ideally have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and hands on experience operating machines.

Most importantly is your attitude, you’ll be performance driven, be adaptable to changes in the workplace and be keen to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.
