About the role:
Based at our Head Office located in Springfield, and reporting to the Manager, People Services this key role supports our People & Culture team across a range of HR functions. From onboarding and employee queries to HR systems and compliance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience.
This role is best suited for someone early in their HR career or ready to step into a broader support role in a dynamic and values-driven organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth induction process.
Manage HR data, reporting, and maintain accurate workforce records.
Coordinate training activities and liaise with internal stakeholders.
Provide general HR support, including leave management and employee queries.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, workforce planning, and governance.
Key requirements:
Experience in a HR support or administration role (preferred)
Experience in a rostering support role (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in HR
Mandatory Requirements:
Right to work in Australia
Ability to obtain and maintain required police/security clearances and pre‑employment health assessments
Working With Children Check
Ability to work within immigration or regional processing centres
