Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist - Full time

Bathroom Werx is looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be one of the key people keeping our customers and field teams on track.

Your day will include:

• Taking inbound customer calls and responding to emails

• Helping customers with enquiries about our products and services

• Booking and managing customer appointments

• Coordinating and scheduling technicians

• Scheduling sales representatives

• Supporting our field team with job coordination

• Processing orders and assisting with account administration

• Resolving customer issues calmly, professionally and with empathy

• Keeping customer information and interactions accurately recorded

• Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services

• Working closely with the team to continually improve the customer experience

• Taking care of general administration to keep everything running smoothly

About you

We’re looking for someone who is mature, reliable, switched-on and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous customer service or administration experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Great attention to detail

• Confidence speaking with customers on the phone

• Good computer skills and experience with email and Microsoft Office

• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details

• A practical, can-do attitude

• A team-first approach and a willingness to pitch in when needed

• A genuine desire to help customers and find solutions

Bathroom industry experience is not required — we’ll teach you what you need to know.
