Store Stylist

About the role

As a Jac + Jack Store Stylist, you will support in driving sales by providing excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, providing product education, styling and wardrobing advice
• Ensure product displayed in store is in line with the company's visual merchandising standards as set out in line with Jac + Jack guidelines
• Ensure all new Jac + Jack customers are invited to join the database
• Respond to customer queries in a professional, polite and timely manner
• Effectively balance customer service with administrative duties
• Confident and proficient use of POS systems, ensuring accurate completion of all Jac + Jack transactions
• Understand weekly and monthly sales targets and business KPIs
• Provide anecdotal weekly trade feedback to management team
• Accurately follow all stock receiving procedures with new deliveries and ensure timely display of product

About you

• Retail sales experience is preferred
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Both week and weekend availability essential
• Proficiency with Apparel21 is a plus
