Melbourne Bicycle Centre Prahran - bikes.com.au- has been a leading retailer in bicycle and accessory sales for over 44 years. We are looking for an experienced sales assistant, with excellent customer service skills to join our friendly, dynamic team. Experience in retails sales is vital, with bicycle industry and managerial experience an advantage. Immediate start.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Deliver and maintain a high level of customer service.

Greet customers and identify their needs.

On sell bicycles and related products by providing accurate information on product features and benefits.

Operate retail check out and sales computer programs.

Assist with customer phone and on-line enquiries.

Skills and experience:

Experience in retails sales is vital, with bicycle industry experience an advantage.

Keen to develop a thorough knowledge of bicycles and related products.

Outstanding verbal communication skills.

Motivated.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to problem solve and meet our high standard of customer service.

Well presented and punctual
