What you'll be doing:

• Generating leads and building a powerful database to grow your market share

• Managing client relationships with confidence, care, and consistency

• Appraising, preparing, listing, and marketing properties to a high standard

• Keeping your finger on the pulse of local market trends and buyer behaviour

• Negotiating successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers

We're looking for:

• Licensed real estate professionals ready to take the next step

• Australian work rights are required for this position

• Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated go-getters with a hunger to succeed

• Sales experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker

• A minimum of 2+ years of real estate sales experience is preferred

• Experience in off-the-plan sales can be advantageous

• Familiarity with the Rhodes, Ryde, Epping or surrounding areas (or a keen interest to learn it fast)

• Bilingual agents highly sought after — but not essential
