Zest People About the Role We are on the lookout for a Full-Time  Chef  to join our kitchen team at Sasso Italiano.

As a Chef you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality food offering is delivered to our guests. Here are just some of the things you will get up to: Delivering on-trend, relevant, seasonal food offerings from the kitchen; Effective stock management including but not limited to; ordering, receipting, storing (including best practice cellar management) and stock rotation; Supporting effective people practices including, but not limited to; the training and development of junior chefs on the relevant section; Ensure that food is prepared and delivered to guests in line with our high standard of quality and service.   About

You To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience as a Chef, working in event catering or high volume yet professional environments. You will also: Hold a qualification in professional cookery (Diploma) or similar from a recognised training institute or international equivalent; Have a confident and can-do attitude; Be friendly, approachable and genuine; Have a passion for well-executed food; Be a team player with a collaborative working style.
