About the Role:

This is an opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and career-focused chef with strong leadership and creative flair. Experience in running a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant of a similar calibre is essential. We maintain our position as an industry leader through building excellent supplier relationships, accessing the best and freshest produce, and constantly developing our menus, recipes, systems, and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong leadership skills, and the experience and fortitude to uphold our strong and inclusive kitchen culture.

• The ability to develop, train, and mentor staff in culinary skills, operations, and menu development.

• Constant development of recipes, techniques, and systems to ensure we remain an industry leader, through a discerning benchmark for quality and creativity.

• Experience managing a large, diverse team in a busy venue of similar calibre.
