The role

As a BMS Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge building automation systems. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals while developing your technical skills across commissioning, servicing, and system optimisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or junior technicians looking to build a strong foundation in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with servicing, preventative maintenance, and commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systemsSupport software configuration, testing, calibration, and basic programmingWork closely with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve system issuesHelp ensure all site work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standardContribute to documentation, reporting, and project coordinationParticipate in site meetings, safety briefings, and ongoing trainingProvide support to customers and internal teams when required

What We’re Looking For

A qualification (or working towards) in HVAC, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related fieldInterest or foundational knowledge in Building Management Systems or HVACStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learnAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills (MS Office, systems, or programming exposure is a plus)A positive attitude and pride in delivering quality work
