Registered Nurse AM/PM Shifts

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide excellent, person centred resident care

• Implement best practice nursing care according to the resident care plan and the Quality Standards

• Monitor the condition and health of residents and record their progress

• Lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers and coordinate the completion of clinical care tasks and related clinical documentation.

About you:

• Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration

• Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs

• Satisfactory background checks, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof

• Understanding of AN-ACC Aged Care funding model is desired not mandatory

• Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards and Aged Care legislation is desired not mandatory.
