We're Looking For

A Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment and enjoys combining service excellence with sales outcomes. This is a permanent full time role based in Melbourne offering hybrid working conditions.

You will be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. This hybrid role includes a mix of home and office based work, with attendance at our Head Office every Tuesday. Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required is also essential.

What You'll Do

• Join our National Sales and Service team supporting residential projects through online and phone enquiries
• Be the first point of contact, qualifying and nurturing leads into sales opportunities
• Manage a pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely follow up
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support conversion and customer experience

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in a high volume, customer service environment
• Proven ability to manage inbound enquiries and qualify leads
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and service quality
