Our Property & Buildings team is a specialist engineering group delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across the built environment. We are growing our Building Services team in Sydney and are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to help lead and deliver major projects across Australia.

The Opportunity

Role

As part of our Building Services team, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex, high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including:

Transport infrastructure and major precinct developmentsLuxury commercial and mixed-use projectsDefence and secure facilitiesData centres and mission critical environmentsHealthcare and social infrastructure

You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to detailed design and delivery, while working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to achieve innovative and sustainable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead electrical design delivery on large and complex projectsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across the teamBuild and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growthCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutionsSupport project performance across programme, budget and quality outcomesContribute to the ongoing development and success of the Brisbane business

About You

Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalentExtensive experience in building services consultingProven track record delivering large-scale or technically complex projectsExperience across sectors such as infrastructure, defence, healthcare or data centresStrong understanding of Australian standards and industry practicesWell-developed leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
