Ambrose Construct Group, one of Australia’s leading insurance repair builders, is seeking skilled industry professionals to join our Rapid Repair team in our Kunda Park office. This is an ideal opportunity to utilise your experience in a stable, office-based supervisory role.

About the Role:

As a Desktop Supervisor / Rapid Repair Coordinator, you will remotely supervise and coordinate residential repair works from our office. This is a fast-paced, team-focused environment where your industry knowledge will be highly valued.

This role is ideal for someone who understands building, repairs, or insurance reinstatement works and is looking for a more stable, office-based career path while staying connected to the construction industry.

We also support your long-term development, including opportunities to obtain your Cert IV in Building & Construction and progress into senior supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate residential repair works remotely
• Schedule trades and manage job progress from start to completion
• Use ACG systems and Virtual Assist tools to support quality and scope supervision
• Review scopes, reports, and photographic evidence for accuracy
• Liaise with trades, insurers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure all works meet quality standards and timelines
• Work closely with internal teams to finalise and submit completed jobs

About You:

We are looking for someone with practical construction knowledge and the confidence to apply that experience in a desktop supervision role.

To be successful, you will ideally have (but not required):

• Previous supervision, carpentry, building, trade, or insurance repair experience
• An understanding of residential construction and repair works
• The ability to review photos, scopes, and reports with a quality-focused mindset
• Confidence communicating with trades, customers, and stakeholders
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
• Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technology
