We’re looking for a confident and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our experienced Business Development Managers.

This is a true outbound role and is not suited to entry-level candidates.

📞 Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

• Outbound B2B prospecting to SME decision-makers
• Cold calling, warm follow-ups and targeted prospecting
• Building rapport and uncovering genuine business needs
• Qualifying commercial opportunities
• Booking high-quality appointments for our field sales team
• Managing your CRM pipeline and maintaining accurate records
• Consistently achieving appointment, quality and conversion KPIs

🎯 What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you’ll have:

• ✅ Proven outbound B2B appointment setting, telemarketing or sales experience (essential)
• ✅ Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• ✅ Strong objection handling and closing skills
• ✅ Confidence, professionalism and resilience on the phone
• ✅ Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
• ✅ Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
• ✅ A competitive, results-driven mindset

🚫 This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is primarily inbound customer service, retail sales or script-based call centre work.
