What You’ll Do

As part of the IT team, you'll learn valuable skills while supporting staff across the business. Your day could include:

• Being the first point of contact for IT support and Help Desk enquiries
• Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and mobile devices
• Assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Supporting Wi-Fi, printers and connectivity across the business
• Helping roll out new software and technology upgrades
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions
• Monitoring systems and reporting any issues
• Working alongside experienced IT professionals on projects and daily operations
• Learning how business technology systems work in a real-world environment

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for motivated school leavers who:

• Have recently completed, or are completing, their HSC
• Have an interest in technology and computers
• Are eager to learn and develop new skills
• Communicate well and enjoy helping others
• Can manage their time and work effectively in a team
• Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality
• Hold a Driver's Licence (or working towards)
