As a Field Assessor in Property Assessing, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate the repair and settlement process after property damage. You'll combine technical know-how with empathy to ensure every claim is managed efficiently and to the highest standard. This is your chance to be part of a team that thrives on problem-solving and delivering outcomes that matter.

This is a permanent, full-time role primarily servicing the ACT and surrounding areas of NSW; however, travel outside this region may also be required. The ideal candidate will reside within the ACT.

What You'll Do

• Attend customer properties to assess damage, quantify repairs, and authorise settlements.
• Negotiate and manage repair scopes, variations, and total loss settlements with suppliers and customers.
