This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a small team and partner with hiring leaders and drive recruitment outcomes across a diverse range of roles and services.

What you'll doAs our TA Lead you'll:Lead and support a team of Talent Acquisition Business to deliver great recruitment outcomesPartner with leaders to provide expert advice on attraction, recruitment and workforce planningDrive end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles and business areasLead talent attraction initiatives, sourcing strategies and employment branding activitiesUse recruitment data and insights to identify opportunities and improve hiring outcomesChampion a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
What you'll bringExperience leading recruitment teams in a large, multidisciplinary organisational environmentStrong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience across diverse role typesDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholdersA proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment challengesExcellent communication and coaching skills
