Salary: $77,000 – $88,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Role Description This full-time, on-site Scaffolder role is based in Brisbane, QLD. The Scaffolder will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with project plans, safety standards, and site requirements. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, assembling and securing scaffolding components, conducting visual inspections, and ensuring structures are safe, stable, and fit for purpose. The role involves working closely with site supervisors and other trades, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and following all relevant regulations, permits, and company procedures. The Scaffolder will also be expected to report hazards, use appropriate fall protection equipment, and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings

Skill & Experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in scaffolding, including safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffold structures.
• Skills and certifications related to working at height and fall protection, with strong awareness of safety practices.
• Competence in confined space work where required, following applicable procedures and risk controls.
• Minimum 7 years in scaffolding.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks, lifting, and outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Understanding of construction site workflows, basic hand and power tools, and safe material handling.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Current driver’s license and truck license
