We're looking for a motivated and client-focused Family / Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our friendly practice in Midland.

Whether you're seeking the flexibility of part-time work or a full-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work across a mix of family law and wills & estates matters, providing practical, compassionate advice to clients during important stages of their lives. You'll manage your own files while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Your work may include:

• Family law matters including parenting, property settlements and divorce.

• Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship.

• Estate planning advice.

• Probate and letters of administration.

• Estate administration.

• General client consultations and file management.

You'll ideally have:

• Admission as a legal practitioner in Western Australia.

• Experience in family law and/or wills and estates.

• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

• Excellent organisational and file management abilities.

• A practical, solution-focused approach.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• You will have a minimum of two years post-admission experience.

• Flexible part-time or full-time arrangements.
