project officer - capital pmo support

We are looking for a motivated, junior-level Projkect Officer to provide comprehensive project support, project officer duties and administrative project support to our Capital PMO team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management operations.

• Assist with the management of project management data within our internal systems.
• Provide BSO/administrative support to the team.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.

• Prior experience in project management support is highly valued.
• Must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with TechOne (TechnologyOne systems is considered an advantage).
• Experience with IT systems (Tech 1)

We are looking for someone to commence around 10 August, though we are flexible for the right candidate.
