What You'll Be Doing

• Working your dedicated Sydney territory every day, starting genuine conversations with homeowners

• Identifying real opportunities and booking consultations for our Solar and Battery Specialists

• Smashing daily targets alongside a competitive, supportive team with live coaching every step of the way

• Tracking your pipeline, managing your patch, and owning your performance week on week

• Developing the complete sales skill set: prospecting, rapport building, objection handling, closing

• Being recognised and rewarded every week for the results you produce, not just the hours you show up for
