About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Sterilisation Nurse to join our Mornington team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to begin a career in dental assisting or healthcare support.

No prior sterilisation experience is required — we will provide full training on site!

Your role will include:

• Learning and assisting with the sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments
• Cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, and organising instruments and equipment
• Supporting the clinical team by preparing trays and treatment rooms
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the sterilisation area
• Assisting with infection control processes and clinic compliance procedures
• Ensuring equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for daily procedures
