With long-term partnerships across sectors such as commercial, education, health, government, and transport, GJK continues to invest in technology, robotics, and ESG-led innovation to deliver smarter, tech-enabled services.Role Description The Senior Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across allocated facility service contracts. This role includes planning and coordinating staff schedules, monitoring service delivery standards, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. The Senior Supervisor will conduct site inspections, manage performance, provide coaching and support to team members, and resolve operational issues promptly. The position also involves liaising with clients, addressing service requests, preparing reports, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsDemonstrated experience supervising teams in facilities management, cleaning services, or related operational environments.Strong skills in people leadership, performance management, and staff training and development.Proficiency in scheduling, workforce planning, and coordinating resources across multiple sites.Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices and incident reporting processes.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and customer service.Ability to use digital tools and reporting systems (UKG and lighthouse) for monitoring service delivery and documenting outcomes.Experience with continuous improvement, quality assurance, and implementing standard operating procedures.Prior experience in large, multi-site operations and working with diverse teams is highly regarded.Relevant qualification in facilities management, operations, or a related discipline is advantageous.Valid work rights in Australia and availability to work full time on-site in Melbourne, VIC.
