About the role
At OTFC, we do occupational therapy Different. Better.
We've helped more than 11,000 (and counting!) young people discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and unlock a life filled with possibility. Our commitment to being exceptional has made us the most trusted OT provider in Australia; the kind of place families rely on, and professionals aspire to be part of.

You’ll work with their families, caregivers, other experts, and our broader team, to create a powerful support network which helps them unlock a future filled with possibility.
DAY-TO-DAY, YOU'LL BE:
Provide high-quality, play-based therapy in our clinic - with the opportunity to also support within the home, school, and community environments
Build strong relationships with families, schools, and health professionals to support meaningful outcomes
Contribute to collaborative projects and community-led initiatives
Take part in clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development
Work flexibly, with the support and structure you need to thrive
YOU’RE A MATCH IF YOU:
Are a qualified Occupational Therapist
Are passionate about working with children and young people
Love autonomy, but don’t want to feel alone
Believe in holistic, strengths-based therapy
