Sales Representative

Caffery’s Echuca is a family-owned farm machinery dealership proudly supporting the greater farming community from our Echuca branch. We are your local hub for premium agricultural machinery, genuine parts, expert service and after-sales support.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Sales Person to join our positive and dynamic team. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with farmers, understands or is keen to learn about agricultural machinery, and takes pride in providing practical solutions and great customer service.

About the role

As our Farm Machinery Sales Person, you will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understand their machinery needs, and help them find the right equipment for their operation.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Developing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, contractors and local agricultural businesses.

·         Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable machinery and equipment solutions.

·         Following up enquiries, preparing quotes and supporting customers through the sales process.

·         Working closely with our service, parts and administration teams to deliver a great customer experience.

·         Representing Caffery’s with professionalism, honesty and pride.

·         Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

·         A genuine interest in agriculture and farm machinery.

·         Ability to work effectively within a team.

·         Accountability, adaptability and self-motivation.

·         A current driver licence.

Previous sales experience or agricultural machinery knowledge will be highly regarded, but the right attitude, values and willingness to learn are just as important.
