About the role

• Residential HVAC installations, maintenance, and fault-finding across Sunshine Coast and Northern Brisbane

• Diagnose and resolve air conditioning and refrigeration issues in the field

• Use upfront pricing tools to deliver clear, no-surprise customer experiences

• Complete accurate job notes and documentation to support installation/repair quotes

• Represent Fallon Solutions with professionalism on every job

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

• Refrigerant Handling (ARCtick) Licence

• QLD Restricted Electrical Licence

• QBCC Mechanical Services — Air Conditioning & Refrigeration occupational licence

• Current QLD Manual Driver's Licence

• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus

• Pride in workmanship — you care about getting it right

• Ability to manage your own day and work independently
