Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships across the Sydney CBD and Wollongong territory.

This is a highly autonomous, on-the-road role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, growing a territory and representing a much-loved food brand.

• Grow sales within your designated territory

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify and convert new business opportunities

• Present and sell the Bob & Pete’s product range

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Meet sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Stay informed on products, market trends and competitors

• Represent the business at events and promotions

• Experience in bakery or food production (preferred)

• Self-motivated with a strong drive for sales success

• Valid driver’s licence for territory travel

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
