What we are looking for:
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Electrical Maintenance team within Water & Waste Services. This key leadership role is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of critical water and wastewater infrastructure, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of treatment plants, pump stations and associated assets across the Fraser Coast.
Leading a team of skilled tradespeople and apprentices, you will provide technical guidance, coordinate maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support asset performance and essential services to our community.
