About the role
South West Radiology is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services across South Western Sydney. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through highly skilled, compassionate teams and continuously improving our services.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Administrative Educator and Trainer to lead training, quality, and continuous improvement for our frontline administrative teams. In this role, you will train and support Medical Receptionists across all sites, as well as Office Managers and Call Centre staff.
You will play a critical part in ensuring high standards of patient care and service quality by delivering effective training, conducting quality assurance, and using data to drive improvement. This role requires regular travel between all South West Radiology sites and a strong focus on coaching, training delivery, and operational excellence.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Medical Receptionists, Office Managers, and Call Centre staff across all sites.
Develop training materials, resources, and standard operating procedures to support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care delivered by frontline staff, including listening to recorded calls and conducting front-desk observations.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance, compliance, and patient experience.
Analyse operational and patient service data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Train Office Managers to interpret data reports and use insights to make informed operational and service decisions.
Travel regularly between all sites to provide on-site training, support, and quality reviews.
Collaborate with Office Managers, and the Operations team to align training and quality initiatives with organisational goals.
Proven experience as a Senior Medical Receptionist, Practice Coordinator, Training Lead, or similar frontline leadership role in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, and developing administrative or customer service teams.
Strong understanding of patient care standards, medical reception workflows, and healthcare administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
High attention to detail and ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.
Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making and improvement.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites.
Current NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
Desirable:
Experience working in radiology or diagnostic imaging services.
