Property Management Associates | Ready for Your Own Portfolio?

We are looking for two experienced Property Management Associates who are ready to progress into their own portfolios within approximately six months.

You will initially work within an established portfolio of approximately 220 properties, mainly across New Farm and Brisbane’s inner north.

The portfolio is exceptionally tidy and has been managed and grown by one of our leading Property Managers for the past five and a half years. She will remain with the business to provide a long, structured handover.

Over time, the portfolio will be divided into two portfolios of approximately 100–110 properties.

We know starting in a new portfolio takes time, even when it is well managed.

During your first six weeks, we aim to keep your onboarding structured, supported and predominantly office-based, while delegating as much out-of-office work as practical.

This gives you time to learn the clients, tenants, properties, systems and processes properly.

Support includes:

• Hands on, full time support from the current Property Manager

• Leasing and open-home assistance

• Application support from our administration team

• Routine inspection support across a percentage of the portfolio

• Ongoing coaching and leadership support

• Training across Property Management, accounts and systems
