About the role

Be the calm, capable person at the heart of our Darwin office, with part-time hours and flexible start and finish times.
AMRRIC is looking for a friendly, organised and dependable Office Coordinator to help keep our Darwin office, systems and day-to-day administration running smoothly.
This is a varied, part-time role for an experienced administrator who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The 30.4 hours are worked across Monday to Friday, with daily start and finish times agreed with the successful candidate between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
Animal Management in Rural and Remote Indigenous Communities (AMRRIC) is a national not-for-profit organisation based on Larrakia Land in Darwin.
We work in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to improve the health and wellbeing of companion animals, people and communities. Guided by a One Health approach, our work includes veterinary programs, education and training, research and advocacy.
You will join a small, committed team where your work directly supports meaningful outcomes across rural and remote communities.
Your week will include a practical mix of front-of-house, office coordination, systems support and administration. You will:
