Personal Trainer

Resolve Performance is a premium 1-on-1 personal training studio specialising in body composition, strength and long-term lifestyle transformation for busy professionals, business owners and high performers.

We're not a commercial gym, and we don't run group classes or quick-fix challenges. Every client receives individual coaching, structured programming and genuine accountability in a private, professional environment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Personal Trainer who wants to build a long-term career, develop their coaching skills and become part of a high-performing team.

• Deliver exceptional 1-on-1 personal training sessions.

• Conduct movement assessments and client onboarding.

• Design and deliver structured training programs.

• Provide general nutrition and lifestyle guidance aligned with client goals.

• Track and measure client progress through assessments, body composition, performance metrics and weekly check-ins.

• Hold clients accountable through honest, supportive and direct coaching.

• Build strong long-term client relationships.

• Participate in ongoing mentoring, education and coaching development.

• $40-$55 per hour with structured progression through our Coaching Levels Framework.

• A clear pathway to build towards 30+ coaching sessions per week.

• An established client base with strong demand and a consistent pipeline of new enquiries.
