Material Cataloguer

Crystalise is a leading asset management consultancy supporting clients across the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors.

We are currently seeking technically focused professionals with experience in Oil & Gas materials cataloguing and materials management to join our Perth-based team. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in Oil & Gas materials and spares cataloguing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Seek and collect spares data from equipment documentation or external sources.

• Create/update/change spares master data to the required organisational standard and suitable for loading into SAP.

• Validate spares data with manufacturers and suppliers.

• Improve and cleanse spares data.

• Link spares to plant BOMs

• Collaborate with other teams and personnel, suppliers and manufacturers to understand material spares requirements and obtain necessary spares data to support maintenance activities.

• Report on spares cataloguing activities and progress.

About You:

• +8 years of experience working within a cataloguing, warehouse or maintenance environment within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong understanding of spares management, warehousing and procurement

• Working knowledge of SAP MM and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lead, develop and communicate plans to clients. 

• Full working rights in Australia and living within the Perth region.
