About the Role:

Rachelle Kroon, Director of Sphere Home Loans and one of Australia's top female brokers, is opening her books to first home buyers and first time investors and is looking for an experienced Parabroker to work alongside her.

This is a full time role based in our Tuggerah office. You'll be the driving force behind a seamless client experience, supporting Rachelle directly with everything from initial client contact through to settlement, with a particular focus on guiding first home buyers and first time investors through what can be a daunting process.

About You:

You have at least 2 years of lending experience and are ready to take the next step working closely with a director-level broker. You genuinely care about people and love being part of the moments that matter, whether that's someone's first property purchase or their first step into investing. You take the time to listen, understand and make every client feel supported throughout their journey.

You're highly organised, take pride in your attention to detail and meet deadlines with confidence. You're comfortable using technology, learn new systems quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum 2 years experience in lending or mortgage broking

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• A genuine interest in supporting first home buyers and first time investors

• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a positive attitude

• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic workplace

• Sound understanding of compliance, lending policies, and regulatory requirements

• Experience with Broker Engine and Quickli is an advantage

• A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive, non-competitive environment

• Based locally or able to commute easily to our Tuggerah office

What You'll Do:

• Work directly alongside Rachelle to support her clients, with a focus on first home buyers and first time investors

• Provide accurate and reliable support across the loan process from initial enquiry through to settlement

• Research lender policies and products to help deliver the best outcomes for clients

• Review documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance

• Deliver outstanding client service through regular communication and follow-ups

• Assist with income calculations, loan sign-ups, borrower assessments and annual reviews

• Liaise with lenders and other key contacts

• Support existing clients by reviewing their loans and ensuring they remain on competitive rates while helping grow long-term relationships
