An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant / Sales Assistant to work closely alongside a successful residential Sales Director in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
 
This is an end-to-end assistant position, supporting the Director across the full sales process from listing through to settlement. With approximately 50 properties transacted per year and around $1M in GCI, this is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an established sales business.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director
• Managing the end-to-end sales administration process
• Preparing and coordinating listing and campaign documentation
• Managing vendor communication and campaign updates
• Coordinating appointments, inspections and open homes
• Assisting with buyer enquiries and follow-up
• Maintaining accurate CRM and database records
• Coordinating contracts, authorities and settlement processes
• Assisting with campaign preparation and marketing
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, conveyancers and other stakeholders
• Providing general day-to-day support to the Director and sales business
• Attending Open for Inspections, auctions and private inspections
 
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience Real Estate experience is essential
• Understanding of the residential sales process
• Confident communicating with vendors and buyers
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Proactive and capable of working autonomously
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Genuine interest in developing a career within residential real estate
• Comfortable working closely with a successful Director
 
The Details:
• Inner Northern suburbs
• Monday-Friday + Saturdays
• Time off in lieu for Saturday work
• $77,000-$89,000 package + commissions
• OTE $110,000+
