About The Role

As part of the Branch Staff team at HVAC-R in St Leonards, you’ll help tradespeople and contractors access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Involves

Providing customer service and information about productsMake deliveries to customers using a company vehicleProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesMaintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phoneTech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systemsHas a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essentialWants to develop their career - either locally or within the broader network.
