We're Hiring: Corporate Travel Consultant

We're looking for an experienced and service-obsessed Corporate Travel Consultant to join our growing team. This role is more than processing bookings — it's about being the trusted first point of contact for business travellers who rely on you to get it right, every time.

Working across a portfolio of corporate accounts, you'll manage end-to-end domestic and international travel, flights, accommodation, ground transport and everything in between. You'll construct smart itineraries and competitive fares, handle changes and disruptions calmly under pressure, keep bookings within each client's travel policy, and deliver the kind of personal service that makes travellers ask for you by name.

Because we're a boutique team, you'll be close to the whole business — working directly with our leadership, contributing ideas, and helping shape how we deliver for clients as we grow. For the right person, there's a genuine pathway into senior consulting or account management over time.

The ideal candidate will be based in Melbourne, though we are open to other locations for the right person.

We're looking for someone who:

• Delivers genuinely personal, detail-perfect service under deadline pressure

• Is confident across GDS booking, fare construction and ticketing, including complex international itineraries

• Understands corporate travel policy, preferred supplier programs and duty of care

• Stays calm and resourceful when plans change — because in travel, they do

• Thrives in a boutique, collaborative environment where your work is visible and valued

Experience as a corporate travel consultant is essential.
