Showroom & Caravan Show Sales Consultant

About the role

Austrack Campers is looking for an energetic, motivated Showroom & Caravan Show Sales Consultant to join the Auscamper Group. This role combines showroom-based sales with attendance at caravan, camping and outdoor shows throughout Australia. One week you could be selling from the showroom, helping a family find the caravan they'll use to travel Australia. The next, you could be representing Austrack Campers at one of Australia's biggest caravan, camping and outdoor shows. Caravan and camping shows are a major part of this position, and you must genuinely enjoy travelling and be available to attend shows and events throughout the year, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to caravan, camping and outdoor shows as part of the Austrack Campers sales team

• Represent the Austrack brand professionally at major events

• Engage with high volumes of customers in a fast-paced show environment

• Demonstrate camper trailers, hybrids and caravans

• Generate leads, follow up enquiries and close sales

• Assist with the presentation and operation of show displays

• Work alongside the wider show team to achieve sales targets

• Assist customers to choose the right caravan, hybrid or camper for their lifestyle

• Manage enquiries via phone, email, CRM and face-to-face

• Conduct product demonstrations and follow up leads

About you

• Strong sales experience and knows how to close

• Confident approaching and engaging with customers

• Thrives in a busy, target-driven sales environment

• Loves travelling and is genuinely excited about attending shows

• Comfortable working weekends when attending shows

• Can adapt between high-volume event sales and showroom-based sales

• Self-motivated and doesn't need to be chased to follow up leads

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Presents professionally and represents the brand well

• Holds a current Australian driver's licence and is comfortable towing and reversing caravans and camper trailers, or willing and capable of learning
