Costa is a global leading grower, packer, and marketer of premium quality fresh fruit and vegetables. Our success is built on a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability across every part of our business.
Within Costa, our Mushroom category is a successful business unit, producing fresh vegetables year-round through advanced, technology-driven farming operations. Our Monarto site is the largest and most advanced mushroom farm in the country. Spread across 360 acres, our purpose-built facility produces premium mushrooms that are enjoyed nationwide. Our team is proud to deliver fresh, affordable, and nutritious produce – all while leading the way in sustainable farming.
Why join Costa?
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our vertical farming team. This is a full-time role based on-site at Monarto, near Murray Bridge in South Australia, and overseeing projects across both Monarto (SA) and Mernda (VIC). This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple projects from concept and design through to planning, budgeting, delivery, monitoring and close-out.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, site leaders, external partners and suppliers to make sure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and aligned to business needs. With several projects running at once, this role will suit someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident managing competing priorities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and turning business requirements into practical project plans. You’ll play an important role in supporting continuous improvement, project governance and the successful delivery of key operational outcomes.
