Your Role

In this office-based customer service role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, supporting them with orders, supply, delivery and product enquiries while providing essential support to our sales and operations teams.

You’ll process customer orders accurately, resolve queries and issues efficiently, and help identify opportunities to deliver an even better customer experience.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the key responsibilities will be:

• Responding to all customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication skills to build strong relationships.
• Delivering superior customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
• Proactively resolving customer credits, order discrepancies and recurring issues before they escalate.
• Building your product and supply partner knowledge to confidently support customers.
• Using our systems accurately and effectively to maintain customer and order information.
• Developing your skills and knowledge through learning goals that support both your development and our business goals.
