Business Manager - Automotive Finance & Insurance

Founded in 2004, Craig Burgess Motor Group is an award winning, family-owned automotive retail group operating 8 automotive brands across four dealerships in South East QLD. 

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team at our new car dealership on a permanent full-time basis. Trainee's welcome to apply

 The Role:

Working closely with the sales management team our candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated, and results driven with a proven track record within a high volume, dynamic dealership environment

• Assisting the sales team with double closing and deal negotiation

• Facilitating  finance & insurance transactions for dealership customers

• Ensure outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience

• Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements

• Accurate and timely reporting

• Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting & exceeding KPI's

CBMG Business Manager Attributes

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience as an Automotive Business Manager.

• Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service

• Current Tier II Certification and financier accreditation

• Excellent work ethic and a “can do” Attitude

• Demonstrated ability to build lasting business relationships

• Strong sense of professional integrity

• Confident sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet targets

• Good computer literacy, experience using Office 365 & CRM systems
