Werribee and Western Automotive Group is excited to invite applications for the role of Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our award-winning team. This position is ideal for a professional with relevant qualifications in Finance & Insurance (F&I) and hands-on experience in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone with an engaging approach to customer service, skilled at presenting F&I options to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Deliver compelling presentations of finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers.Collaborate closely with the sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate, and finalize finance deals.Oversee the F&I process, including documentation collection and submission.Drive sales performance and meet or exceed dealership targets.Offer insurance and warranty products to cash customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector.Proficiency in computer systems and tools.Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs.Accountability and commitment to achieving F&I goals.Detail-oriented with a professional and optimistic outlook.Excellent interpersonal skills for nurturing internal and external relationships.A team player who is proactive and willing to step out of an office setting when needed.
