About the role

As the Senior SAP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Kia Australia's SAP environment, with a strong focus on Finance, Sales, and Logistics modules. You will act as the bridge between business users and technical development teams, ensuring solutions meet both operational and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

·         Provide SAP support and recommend process improvements across Finance, Sales & Distribution, and Materials Management modules.

·         Manage and resolve day-to-day SAP user requests and incidents.

·         Collaborate with ERP developers and technical teams in Korea to design and implement business solutions.

·         Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation.

·         Conduct root cause analysis and develop effective workarounds and long-term solutions.

·         Deliver user training and develop documentation for customised SAP functionalities.

·         Monitor system performance, availability, and security in partnership with IT infrastructure teams and vendors.

·         Ensure compliance with global ERP governance, security policies, and service level agreements.

·         Utilise the helpdesk system to track, manage, and resolve issues.

·         Support integration between SAP and other business applications, including HQ systems and third-party platforms.

·         Contribute to the successful delivery of projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong SAP functional expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will have:

·         Degree or diploma qualifications in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.

·         Fluent Korean and English communication skills.

·         Extensive experience in SAP consulting, support, or business analysis, ideally 10+ years.

·         Strong knowledge of SAP Finance, Sales & Distribution, and Materials Management.

·         Experience delivering SAP implementations and system enhancements in complex business environments.

·         Exposure to SAP integrations with other business applications and platforms.

·         Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

·         The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
