Located on the edge of Hyde Park, Song Hotel Sydney is Australia's first profit-for-purpose hotel. Every stay, meal and event helps fund YWCA Australia's work to advance gender equality and create positive change for women, gender diverse people, families and communities across Australia.
Situated in the heart of Surry Hills, Song Hotel offers quality accommodation, warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences through our on-site restaurant, Song Kitchen. We are committed to creating welcoming experiences for our guests while making a meaningful social impact.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional food and service in a purpose-driven environment. Learn more about YWCA here.
About this opportunity
As a Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in supporting our kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure food is prepared to the highest standards while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency.
