About the role

• Preparing and presenting high-quality food across a range of settings including café service, catered functions, and special events
• Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver menus that meet client expectations, dietary requirements, and food safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in accordance with WHS and food safety requirements
• Managing food preparation workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Assisting with stock management, including receiving, rotation, and minimising waste
• Adapting to varied work environments and menus across UNElife’s hospitality venues and off-site event locations
• Upholding UNElife’s commitment to quality customer service and professional presentation
