Franchise Performance Partner – Gloria Jean's (NSW)

Are you passionate about helping businesses grow and deliver exceptional customer experiences? Retail Food Group is looking for a Franchise Performance Partner to support and develop Gloria Jean’s Franchise Partners across our New South Wales network, driving operational excellence and commercial performance through coaching, training, sales growth initiatives, compliance support, and in store guidance.

This is a full-time role at 38 hours per week

Retail Food Group (RFG) is Australia’s largest multi-brand food and beverage franchise owner. We not only roast and supply premium coffee but also operate a leading pie and bakery factory, crafting high-quality baked goods. Our core focus lies with supporting our franchise partners to be more successful and to achieve greater profitability while at the same time working hard to ensure our customers enjoy the best products and services we have to offer!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build coffee knowledge and beverage craftsmanship across the network, ensuring teams consistently deliver a premium coffee experience aligned to brand quality standards.
• Develop franchise partner and team capability through coaching, training and in-store support.
• Deliver onboarding and operational training to drive consistent brand and customer experience standards.
• Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans to improve operational performance
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product teams to deliver practical training solutions that support business growth
• Ensure stores meet brand presentation, cleanliness, merchandising, and marketing standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability and operational excellence.

You’ll play a key role in building franchise capability, upholding brand standards, enhancing team performance, and delivering a consistent, high quality customer experience across our stores. This fast paced role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the flexibility to travel regularly to Gloria Jean’s locations across NSW as needed.

You’ll Also Bring:

• Proven leadership and management experience in a retail, food, or hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing store performance across multiple sites / venues.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret and act on key performance data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound problem solving and decision making capabilities
• Adaptability and resilience to a fast paced environment
• Current Driver’s License and the ability to travel regularly to stores across the NSW network
