The Role

As Workshop Supervisor, you will balance floor leadership with technical oversight to keep our team firing on all cylinders:

• Overseeing daily workshop workflow, job allocation, and technician productivity.

• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and apprentices.

• Collaborating with Service Advisors to ensure accurate repair estimates and timely job completion.

• Ensuring workshop safety, quality control, and compliance standards are strictly met.

• Hands-on diagnostic and repair work when complex jobs require senior expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Automotive Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).

• Leadership Potential: Current supervisor, foreman, or a senior technician with strong communication skills ready to step up.

• Problem Solver: Strong diagnostic capabilities and a sharp eye for quality control.

• Team First Attitude: A mentor who leads by example and keeps workshop morale high.

• Valid Driver’s Licence: Full manual driver’s licence required.
