About the Role
As our Recruitment & Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing high-performing fundraising teams and supporting the operational success of our business.
A significant part of your role will be leading recruitment from interview through to onboarding, helping identify exceptional talent and ensuring every new team member has the best possible start with AAM.
You'll also oversee key operational functions, supporting our fundraising teams with the logistics, structure and resources they need to perform at their best. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll improve processes, solve operational challenges and help shape the next stage of our growth.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys making decisions, developing people and having a genuine influence on the direction of a growing company.
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 + Super (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, interviews and candidate selection.Deliver engaging onboarding sessions and coordinate inductions.Manage recruitment pipelines and workforce planning.Coordinate travel, accommodation and operational logistics for fundraising teams.Improve operational processes and business efficiency.Monitor business KPIs and prepare operational reporting.Maintain accurate administration and support day-to-day business operations.Lead operational projects that contribute to business growth.
