Compact Earthmoving Solutions (CES Hire) are looking for Full Time and Casual Operators who are dedicated to their craft and searching for a long-term position. Opportunities to work across a variety of roles around Perth. 

At CES Hire we strive to cater for our clients’ changing needs by continually implementing new and innovative tight access equipment to our expanding hire fleet, whether it be for construction, mining, demolition, landscaping, reticulation, site remediation, heavy industry shutdowns or general site works.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bobcat / posi track and / or excavators for digging, trenching, and levelling. 

• Engage with project plans and specifications, to accurately identify the location of underground facilities. 

• Participate in daily equipment checks and maintenance routines. 

• Passionate, motivated, and knowledgeable around earthmoving and civil construction. 

• Highly motivated, good work ethic and takes pride in quality work. 

• Takes pride in a clean, well presented and maintained machine. 

• Able to work unsupervised with excellent problem-solving ability to achieve project targets. 

• Capable of loading and unloading equipment for transport. 

• The ability to work in a team environment and liaise with supervisors daily.

• Committed to upholding safe work practices.

Essential

• Have the right to live and work in Australia. 

• Construction White Card.

• Current Manual HR Licence.

• Relevant machinery tickets and licences. 

• Fit and healthy for work.
